Illinois isn't honoring/recognizing any other state's permits at all. However, the 18 states mentioned will recognize Illinois permits regardless.

Woot! I can soon drive all the way through to the Gulf of Mexico via two different routes. The direct one.. IL->KY->TN->MS or the scenic route. IL->MO->AR->MS

We also have a path to the Atlantic Ocean. IL->KY->TN->NC.

It might take a while before we can make it to the Pacific.
