If you don't know, this is a 1911 that takes Glock mags. Have had mine for about a week or so and am really, really impressed. Very accurate. Very well built. Very fast. Has handled the 5 or 6 types of ammo (probably close to 400 rounds) with zero issues. Haven't shot it off of a rest yet but so far it is at least as accurate as my bullseye specific 45acp 1911, and that with off the shelf 115gr 9mm ammo.
This may be 'The One'. I'm already looking at selling off most of the other centerfire pistols.

Might be the name :)
Might be the long wait (up to 16-17 weeks).
My favorite LGS is a dealer and when they get one in its out the door in about a day. As soon as the 45acp version is available I'll be ordering one.

I've seen two. One guy really likes his. Another kept on flipping on the safety between targets. That might just be him. The idea of Glock mags is interesting but I have a Glock and a standard 45 ACP 1911, so unless I hit the lottery, I'll pass.

I have only seen two in person. The owners liked them.
I bet friend D. will get one as soon as his Canik TTI has come in and been wrung out.
Not a lot of interest to me, I don't have a full size Glock to share magazines with.

I don't own Glocks anymore. It came with 2 magazines and I bought a third.

Glock mags are the appealing part. Good 2011 mags are really expensive.

Being able to build it the way you want it, at a price I find reasonable, is a big plus for me. If I do it, I will order it and wait the time to get it just the way I want it. That said, I haven't been able to handle one to help me figure out what I want/don't want which has slowed my pondering some.

For those of you with one. Things you would like to change about it? Looking for input on what I should order down the road. I know it is real personal though.
Thy already changed it. At the time I ordered, the only optic availability was RMRCC and something else...don't remember what the something else was.

Now it's available with multiple cuts.

I haven't found anything yet. If you're competing or have generally sweaty hands the grip texture could be an issue. I kept mine plain colorwise in case I didn't like it and wanted to sell.

Thanks. Not competing. I am looking for something suppressor set mostly that I can put a dot on for my old eyes.

Yea, some of their color options are going to be a bit hard to sell. That said, I do appreciate them doing it as they are going to coat it so may as well make the buyer happy.

I'll go a bit "routine" also I think though.
