Steel frame semi-autos?

Other than a Sig 226, Browning Hi power 9mm, and a rare all steel Beretta 92F I would look for a S&W 3rd generation pistol. I have one and its reliable, accurate and durable. If you look around there are a lot of police trade in examples like the 5906. They are usually available for around $350 to $400.
Good luck,

Browning HP
CZ-75 (yes, the early models were steel too)
some 1911s
some S&W
HK P7
Baby Desert Eagle (CZ clone)

If you want you can actually get steel frames (and most other aftermarket parts) for a Glock:

:)

I kinda wonder why nobody makes an all-steel striker fired 9mm. Some people want the consistent trigger pull for a striker fired gun, but the weight of steel to absorb more recoil. I know, I know, "Get a single-action", but some shooting sport categories don't allow SA's :).
