Sten Dummy Kit Question

Im starting to collect WW2 firearms and wanted to add a sten to my collection and seeing as i dont have a class III i decided to build a dummy gun. But when i got my kit i noticed when they cut the reciver they cut into the lower reciever almost all the way thrue, and the magazine well was cut horizontaly too. Do all the kits come like this?

No, only some of the kits were cut into the lower and magwell.
