I ran across one of these at a bargain---don't recall whether it was a .22 or .25----any opinion on the quality of those pistols? Using my feeble memory, I had placed it in the tier of pistols just above the Jennings, Ravens, and Loricins. It would be used a tin can killer only! Would appreciate any feedback!

I agree with your rating, although the .25, as would be expected, fared better in the reliability category than the .22LR version.

I purchased a Sterling M302 (Stainless Steel .22lr) back around 1978 or so and over a 5 year period spent many hours out in the woods with my son popping tin cans and paper plates. The .22lr models are ammo sensitive but once you find the right brand, these little gems will go bang every time. My son and I put thousands of rounds through the one I had with no mechanical failures. BTW - I would rate the Sterlings far above the ones you mentioned!
