Steyr M Series Magazine Compatibility

Does anyone know if the M-1A 15 round 9mm magazines will work in a M Series pistol. Everything about the M series said 14 rd 9mm magazines, but I cannot find a reference that addresses compatibilty between the versions.

The only difference between the M and the M-A1 is the outside shape of the grip frame. Internally all the parts are interchangable and the magazines will work fine between both old and new (and you can use M mags in an S or S-A1 but they'll stick out the bottom a bit).

As for the .357sig conversion, all you need to do is start with an M40 or M40-A1 and swap out the barrel (can't convert the 9mm)
