Awhile back, I posted about an excellent experience I had with STI. Link here:

Well, again today, I came away just shaking my head at what a customer oriented company STI is.
That same Elektra pistol from the previous post, was hitting a bit to the left. I tried to drift the rear sight, but it was like welded to the slide. Being night sights, I was afraid if I tried to force the issue, I might damage the sight. So I called STI, explained my problem, and asked if they use Loctite when mounting the sights. Dustin told me they do, and suggested I not try to adjust them myself because of the possible damage problem. Instead, he said bring the pistol over, and they'd take care of it. I thought I'd be leaving the gun and picking it back up in a week or so. Nope, in less than 30 minutes, it was corrected. They didn't even shoot the ammo I brought, they shot their own. Then Dustin tells me any more issues, bring it back and they'll swap the rear sight for a fully adjustable one. This is all no charge. I only have two STI pistols, but for sure, more are in my future.
