A guy had a new 20 ga Condor at the range for skeet. I tried it and it really felt nice. Opened easy, trigger was crisp, balance great. Almost started running for the closest gun shop to see about buying one too. Of course, I don't NEED another shotgun but I do WANT it. Just to be sure since I only saw/handled the one, was that the exception or the rule? Anyone with experiences with those?

I saw the Uplander, had the same reaction. I'm a sucker for SxS. Seem to come up to the shoulder real nice and the fell right into place so that the rib just looked like a thin line with BB on top. Just gotta talk Mrs Scout26 into it.....

Stoeger O/U

I, to have been temped by the Stoeger's($300.00 and change at D*ck's on sale)....almost bought one last winter, but they were sold out and the $$ went somewhere else.In the interium I logged on to the Stoeger web site(google it) and the have a forum ....not a lot of good is being posted...some mech prob's..long turn around time for repairs..BAD cust service.Any one thinking buying one should lurk around that forum before making the move.I'm sticking with my 870,1100and my Ithaca's for now.

I have two Condors, a 20 and a 12, and the 20 hasn't ever given a lick of trouble, and has over a 1000 rounds through it, but the safety on the 12 wasn't fully disengaging. 10 minutes with a file fixed it. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them, but there are some who have had problems out of them.
