At a local range here, guns are stolen ALL THE TIME, right at the firing line, when cease fires are called, and everyone is 100-600yds downrange fielding targets..............

Hey, i am pretty sure this has been asked, but if you knew everyone there, or someone there did, but can't you (or the police) round them up, and submit them to questioning?
