A good coat of oil and storage with some fresh desiccant should be more than enough.

It depends are you, going to put it in deep concealment or just not shooting it for 2 mts if you are going to put in away out of site clean as normal get a rifle/pistol storage kit at cheaper than dirt about 9.00 or your local gunshop and do get some of the bag of the desiccant will ensure protection as well if at all possible leave in normal room conditions possible leave with a friend and you can for go the latter good luck....
