THE CHAIR IS AGAINST THE WALL
Now that I've been customizing some of my guns, and buying spare mags as well as accessories, I've run into something of a problem.
I'm ending up with lots of random spare parts. Extra grips, gas tubes, and various other random gun bits that I have no idea what to do with.

So what strategies do some of you have for organizing your stuff? How do you store that stuff?

This is a problem that I've been having as well. Leaving everything on the workbench/in the file cabinet/stuffed in my closet ain't working too well.

I've been thinking about a couple of cheapo Rubbermaid toolboxes (the stackable ones) to hold magazines, spare parts, and the like.

Guilty and I haven't figured out a solution either. Guns, books, gun accessories, gun books, ship models (hundreds). Glad I won't be around after I die to clean up my mess. :p

Guys,
Here's a picture of my setup. I've got two greenlee construction boxes, one for ammo, one for all other shooting stuff, both with locks. The missus has a big thing about having all my guns, ammo, etc, out of sight, so this is what I came up with. It's secure, and I'm able to put all my accessories in one spot, even though its all junked together, I'm building some small shelves to fit into the box so as to orginize eveything. All my cleaning gear is outside the boxes of course, and along with the shelves for the box, I'm going to mount shelves on the wall above the boxes.
