Never knew Glock made pre-ban Glock 22 magazines with a max capacity of 10 rounds that fit eBay guidelines?! Maybe it is something really special...

The ad is written that way to get around the eBay anti-gun filters. As his text states the scan is of a pre-ban standard mag.

Either he's an idiot, or he's trying to rip people off selling post ban magazines as preban, or (and I think this is most likely) he's trying to sell a pre-ban full capacity magazine on Ebay, and that is against their policy so he's lying to keep the ad from being removed.

I bought a huge number of 20rnd FN FAL mags off ebay a while back for about $5 each. I forget how the guy worded it but so far as I know he's still selling them, though he's up to around $10 each and that's too high. It's all a word game.

I think that this kind of activity on eBay is more like "Civil Disobedience" when you know that the rules are just plain stupid.

Free market economy is good, especially when you can also thumb your nose at moronic policies.

You'll find 15 & 30 round M1 carbine mags & Butler Creek high cap 10/22 mags on ebay, they all say something like "Per ebay rules, this is listed as a 10 round magazine"
Apparently the ebay staff is none the wiser.

Great eBay listing! I wonder if the person that wins that auction will follow eBay guidelines and only load that mag with 10 rounds.

I bought two factory 15 rounders for my Ruger P95 on eBay. The guy just didn't mention the capacity in the listing, but he did put several really good pictures in the listing. There was no doubt they were hi-caps. Got a great deal on them at $30 each.... well, a great deal compared to other prices out there.

Not this guy, I think. It's obviously a hi-cap. He's just doing an end-around eBay policy. Good for him.

I put a shotgun barrel on there once, and it had already climbed to over a hundred bucks (which was what I wanted out of it). However, my listing mentioned that if the buyer paid by PayPal, he/she'd have to add 3% because that's what PayPal charges me (actually more like 3.5%) to use their service.

Well, the day the auction was supposed to end, eBay just yanked it and chastised me with an email that such additional fees are against policy. That really yanked my chain. Fortunately, I listed the barrel on TFL and sold it for $100.
