"Streamlight Key Mate" ???

A friend sent me an email about a new flashlight he just purchased...the Streamlight Key Mate.

It is a mini-LED flashlight you can put on your key chain.

I like it because it sort of looks like a mini version of my Streamlight Stinger!

Does anyone have the Key Mate, and where can you get the best price for one online?

Looks like a neat little light.

Botach has them for $9/ea, but that's Botach (iffy company).

BrightGuy has them for $9.50/ea.

I was seriously considering SL's new baton light.

Five inches long, it could make a good flail or a kobuton, and I can see with it.

I'm not sure how bright it really is, though, and am waiting until I can find one in a store to try.

Now, if Surefire were to come up with something similar, it would be a done deal.
