92F or FS; though Beretta USA has the M9A1 listed on their website (with MSRP) and Davidsons has the M9 listed (none in stock).

Beretta has offered the M9 as a special edition, but I'm not sure it is readily available. You might want to try Auction Arms or Gun Broker.
The only differences between the 92FS and the M9 are the rear sight (two-dot versus Sig-style bar) and slide markings. The M9 also has additional military part numbers on the slide and frame.
I've heard that the M9A1 has been purchased by some US military entities, but I'm not sure. That model simply adds an accessory rail to the frame.

The M9 and M9A1 are both readily available in the civilian market. There have been a lot of changes to the M9 over the years, and the ones showing up in miltary units today are identical to the ones you can buy commercially (including the same plastic parts -- a recent USAF delivery of M9's included 3-dot sights)
The M9A1 includes the accessory rail -- it's a bit pricier than the M9, which you ought to be able to get for under $500.
