I have wanted a general purpose rifle can for years, and it finally sunk in that one is not going to just appear in my safe by itself, so I broke down and bought a 762SDN-6 on Friday. Sweet!
Right now I am planning to submit the following:
(2) Copies of the Form 4
(2) Copies of a "certificate of compliance" with 922
(1) Copy of my trust
(1) Check for $200 to ATF
Does that cover it?
I have done a couple Form 1 SBRs and a Form 4 Colt 6921 in the past, and have never submitted this "certificate of compliance" before. The dealer told me there was a recent change in the law that made this an additional requirement. I was wondering if anyone here could confirm that and/or supply some more background info. Does this need to be submitted on all SBR/suppressors from now on?
