Guys, I’ve got some muzzle brakes that desperately need cleaned. They are turning blue they have so much lead build up and stuff. What do you guys do to remove this on cerakoted brakes? I try and get in there and scrub as best I can but I can’t get to it all. I used to soak stuff in something mild like Hoppes, but I did that with a cerakoted AK brake once and it removed everything. I know cerakote is supposed to stand up to all chems but I don’t want to take the chance again. There has to be something. Sonic cleaner, if I had one but I don’t. Any ideas?
