Its been a few months, and I've got 2800 rounds of handgun and 300 rounds of .223 loaded on the Summit.

Has not loosened after blue Loctite on all fasteners, including the ram insert.

The short handle is useless, even for seating, as there is very little leverage.

Two column grease jobs, one as new, one at 3k.

Initial flex/slop has not increased, but... Its something to consider if sizing larger rifle cases.

RCBS carbide dies for 45 Colt, leverage is such that slight case lube helps. The Summit is no leverage king. Same for .44 Special.

Still very happy with it. It fits the limited space very well, doesn't need 'below the bench' linkage space.

What would really make it something, is a shuttle and a feeder like the APP.......a lower die mount would be even more awesome. I know....get off my butt and make some mods. I've hinted to jmorris look at it in that light.....but wrong color. ;) I love mine for some things....prefer the R.C. for others....and the APP for still others. And I use the short handle a lot....just not for sizing.

Someday I want to mount mine 6" lower than my bench....that would cure most leverage weaknesses. Yes, Loctite is good stuff for this press. The stroke is quality smooth as glass....
