My local guy quoted me MSRP $676.oo. That's awfully high, I was expecting ~$550.oo at most. But maybe my expectations are unrealistic. So I was looking for a few comparisons. Specific model# KS-47NHB Stainless 7.5in .44mag

I call a shop on Long Island, their Web site has it listed @$479cash or $503credit. He says he has one in stock for $640.oo. I remind him of the web site price then he tells me those are last years prices, and they have gone up. 34%!!Yeah right. Update your web site, it's the middle of August Bozo. If he would have given me a reasonable price I would have bought it. But no, he wants to rid himself of some finger fu***ed display case piece at a crazy price. No Thanks Fool!

With the production cuts Ruger is making these days, I don't believe any Blackhawk should be priced over $250 MSRP.

Not saying that other guns are better, just stating the sad state of affairs for the average gun buyer these days.

Those with differing opinions please point me in the direction of any recent production Ruger Single Sixes or Blackhawks without triggers that feel like you're pulling them through sand, half assed fit and finish, and have ejector housings that aren't capable of easily slicing off your pointer.
