Superb customer service from Glock

I experienced feeding and ejection issues with my G42 (very early production G42). So, I arranged to have the gun returned for service. Glock replaced the trigger housing and ejector, trigger and trigger bar, slide stop lever and spring and returned the pistol. During my first trip to the range I again experienced feeding issues using premium JHP ammo (Hornady, Corbon, and Hydra Shok). So, I returned the gun to Glock for further evaluation. Received a call from Glock this morning informing me they are replacing my pistol. Glock customer service has been extremely responsive and attentive to the issues I experienced with the G42. Really can't say enough good things about the guys at Glock. I own a number of other Glocks (43, 26, 19, 30SF) and they all run perfectly. This is the first problem I have experienced and their Customer service was superb.
 
I agree, I had a second gen G22 that I messed up by loading a round in the pipe. Damaged the extractor. Sent it back to glock and they replaced and updated the extractor plus a couple other parts and had it back out the door in three days, no charge. they are a company that understands you don't have to nickel and dime people when they sell millions of dollars worth of guns.
 
That's nice to hear.

Don't see too many issues about Glock, but it's nice to know they stand behind their products.
 
That's very good to hear.

I have two G42s (not early production) and they eat everything so you should be good to go now.
