Firstly I'll say that the left is using the term Ghost Gun for both homemade 3D printed guns and manufactured guns that have had their serial number removed. The former is why I believe cities like NY have such a high number of Ghost Gun recoveries at crime scenes, they are not true Ghost Guns, just regular guns that had their serial numbers obliterated.

Secondly, this is quite the stretch for this court since homemade guns have been around as long as guns have.

I don't see a ruling anywhere. This was a supplemental brief filed by Delaware's Attorney General.

Therefore, under the reasoning in Bruen, if ‘ghost guns’ are not in common use and
typically possessed by law-abiding citizens for lawful purposes today the Second Amendment does
not protect them, and such a regulation would be supported by historical tradition. Plaintiffs allege
no facts demonstrating that self-manufactured or self-assembled, unserialized and untraceable
guns are in “common use” and typically owned for lawful purposes today.

Easily refuted by the hundreds of thousands of 80% receivers lawfully purchased and not recovered as evidence at crime scenes. C'mon fellas. Let's not make this another 1939 Miller decision where the court ruled against us out of sheer lack of testimony and evidence presented by our side.

Hmm... that would be the latter.

Chicago does have some legit ghost gun rings based on 80% recievers.

Nothing can stop people from making firearms, you just ain't supposed to be selling them.

The demographics of such are obvious. But it's the exact opposite people that these laws target. Gov't is stupid, as usual.
