Suppressor Friendly Holster

I thought I'd share this idea I had. I wanted a holster for the range that let me place my Sig M&P9 with my Octane 9 in a holster. I bought a Fobus holster and cut the top portion off so it allows the m&P to snap in. It works pretty well, it's a little woobly but that's to be expected. I haven't gotten it to fall out with jumping and swinging all around. Check it out!

Cool holster idea! But I'm confused: Why do you have the fixed-barrel mount on your Octane? With that mount on your silencer your pistol is a single-shot.

Ah, that explains it.

So have you tried the holster out at the range yet?

I haven't yet, just made it this week. I shoot on a private range so otherwise I'm sure it wouldn't be Ok at a public range.
