i the event tshtf and my rifle and i come in contact with EMP i'm sure my laser nor my reddot sight would ever work again but would it affect a my flash light? thought just crossed my mind

If TSHTF and we had an EMP strong enough to fry your laser, we probably all have bigger things to worry about.
However, old fashion incandescent bulbs are unlikely to be affected in your flashlight. Don't know about an EMP on a battery, though. Keep in mind that if you keep your firearms and accessories in a safe, it will likely be protected due to the dense metal walls of the safe.
