SW1911PD.. Your thoughts

I reallty like the feel of the 4 1/4 SW1911PD scandium framed 1911. Gotta save the cool "K" to get one but wondering what all your experience can tell me. Anybody have one? Problems? Your input is appreciated.

Had a SC commander, was a great gun! No issues at all, only sold it cause an officers grip was more comfortable to carry. It had a very stout recoil spring, I'm thinking 21#, so the slide was harder to pull back than normal. It functioned 100%, and was very accurate. Bought mine used for $600, looked like new

I like mine a whole lot. It will be hard chromed tomorrow, so I should have it back early next week. I like the weight of my Sc versus the Government model that I had...it's a big weight difference.
