SW617: 6 vs 10 shot

Other than the quantity of loaded 22LR cartridges, is there a difference between the 6- and 10-shot models of the S&W 617?

Is indexing/tuning more complicated (or less precise) when 10 chamber holes are involved?

Any effect on accuracy ?
