One (1) metal training clip (red) with brass training shells

Damn, but those bayonets are expensive!

I love my K-31, esp. with the Mojo Microclick sights that I got. Stupid me, I installed the sights and went to the range without any tools to adjust them. I shot only 10 rounds of the GP-11, and did so a bit faster than I'd have liked (She Who Must Be Obeyed was real clear about me getting home by a particular time to get ready for some stupid party), and I still got a group that was about 2 1/2" in diameter (with a flier). Anyhow, based on the target I adjusted the sights so that the group should be much closer to POA. Also, I put a smaller aperture in the rear sight, so I should be able to hold on a particular spot much more consistently. I can't wait to get to the range to try again.

Do you reload? If so, what are your best loads for the K-31 and the M39?

Unfortunately I'm not set up to reload (yet). I haven't even shot the K31 yet, I've had it for all of two weeks. I hope to remedy that problem this saturday at the range. I might even take alongs some sandbags to try and max my steadiness, just to see the results.

As for the mosin, it eats mothing but surplus, I think the current batch is czech in origin but I'm not sure. If I can stop spending money on paintball, my next child of steel and fire will be a cmp garand. Hopefully I can get one before all these knuckle heads clean 'em out...

That mosin seems to do fine with surplus though...
