Switch carry ammo in cold?

I don't switch either, but If I lived where I could look out and calmly say "It's -22 F outside," I would switch -- to the south, way south.... :what:

WHEN I LIVED IN THE SOUTH

I said "In Vermont I can carry without being licensed AND I can pass over the double-yellow. And it won't be so hot."

I reckon that answers my question well enough. No one here carries anything smaller than a 9Luger and no one switches ammo for better penetration.
Thanks for all the posts. :D

I use the same hollowpoints no matter the season.
It was -20 as I drove to work this morning.
Here are the four seasons we have in the Dakota's:
Almost Winter, Winter, Still Winter, and Road Construction.
