This is just a standard No. 11 CCI cap. The magnum cap is more, the
209 primer more yet, The 25 ACP blank, well what do you think?

I switched over to a .25 ACP breech plug in my TC Omega a couple of years ago after experiencing several “fliers” during shooting sessions. You know that one shot that goes 2” low and 3” right for no reason. I was told that switching to the .25 ACP would solve this problem.
It was the best move I have ever made in terms of in-line muzzle loaders. The brass is easy to insert into the breach plug and easy to remove. No noticeable expansion in the .25 brass. My accuracy improved dramatically as well.
The brass is re-usable and with primers now going for around $30.00 a thousand very inexpensive to re-load.
I am currently using Blackhorn 209 powder and magnum small rifle primers in my .25 ACP brass. Along with Hornady 250 grain sabots. I hold 1” groups out to and beyond 100 yards.

To the #2 poster, the reason behind the switch is because they say the 209 is too much, and actually moving the projectile before igniting the powder. And for #3, that is what I am looking for, some confirmed reports. Thanks...-Joshua
