TacStar Sidesaddle and the Pardner Protector

Has anyone installed the TacStar Sidesaddle offered through Cabela's on a Pardner Pump Protector? No hassle install?
How about the BeamShot universal barrel mount (for a flashlight)?
I'm heading to Cabela's this evening and would like to know if I need to take some extra $'s....
