Tap for Pietta revolvers

Does any one know where to get an M6x.75 tap, ???. That is the size threads in Pietta cylinders for the nipples. I havn't had any luck locating one,on the internet. All the local sources don't carry that size.

Taps for Uberti cylinders are easier to find. They are 12x28tpi which is a fine thread.

I need one for an old pietta that I had to drill the nipples out of, the threads from the old nipples are still in the cylinder theads and wont move.
