Hello all. As you might tell from my posts/questions I am new to the world of pistols. Shot rifles alot growing up and hunting in Montana, but no pistols. One time I shot a pistol growing up I could not hit anything, and I mean anything, and went back to the rifle fast.
Fast forward 20 years and I bought 9mm compact for fun and HD. I read alot about how to shoot and tried it out. I was on the target at 30 feet, but all over the place other than that. I kept reading and practicing and bought a .22 Mark III 678 (metal frame) and kept practicing. It has been a couple months and these are my best to date. All are shot two hand standing with the pistol at the designed distance.
All are .22 shots except the center bullseye which was with the 9mm. Good group with one flyer. The other holes with X's were from some fast firing I did, which I need LOTS, LOTS more work. I know these are not anywhere competition or even very good given the distance, but it is my personal best so I thought I would post. Plus, pictures are always better than text. Thanks everyone and this forum for the help so far.
