I found this out the hard way. I came home from Germany with a Taurus I bought from a friend, and my issued Beretta mags and accessories. I bought some rubber grips and I had to file the left side down to accomodate the safety. Looked horrible. I later found the correct Taurus grips and put them on. I had several Beretta mags, and the locking latch notch is too small. I was about to take them to my grandfather's old bench-mounted grinder, until a wise person advised me that if I made the gap too big, the magazine wouldn't work at all. (Imagine trying a tap-rack-bang drill and never making the magazine seat?) I held onto them until the ban and sold them for like $30 each.
I had problems with the T-92, the DA was slipping, light firing pin strikes, I got rid of it.
