I don't think so. A 44 shotcup holds about 140gr of shot. The 410 shotcup holds 220gr. If you forego the shotcup and just use gaschecks with shot in between, the 45 colt still holds more shot than a 44 if you use similar loading methods. In the Judge, you can load 444 Marlin brass and fill that sucker up with shot. The limitation here is the low pressure of the 45 colt, so even if you can get 300+ grains of shot into the 444 Marlin case, the velocity is going to be rather slow (800 fps or less).

A 44 Supermag would be closer -- the longer case would hold more shot than 44 mag. A 460 Magnum is about ideal (those cases are huge -- almost 444 Marlin size) and its a high pressure round. I considered buying a short barrel 460, but their weight is too heavy -- around 50oz compared to 30oz of the Judge.
