The Rifleman issue that debuted the Taurus 1911, said it would be available in 9mm.

BUT, when I go to the Taurus web site, it only mentions the .45?

    Well, any insider info?

yep the taurus pt1911's will be avaliable in 9mm, .40s&w and .45acp. as well as full size models, and commander size, blued or ss, and with or with out rail depending on what you want. they have lots of options and as a matter of fact as soon as the .40 comes out in the commander size, i will be picking one up!

You have to look under large frame pistols to see the other PT1911 models.
    HERE is a link.

YEE-HAW! Well, when can I get one? Can you order a 9mm yet? If not, is there a projected date?
