Go on over to
www.taurusarmed.net at the Taurus Revolvers board and ask them.
That's where the 431 and 441 owners hang out.
I own several 431s and 441s.
I've learned to use certain loads and find out where they hit at different ranges. The bullet weight and bullet velocity have a lot to do with things.
It also depends on whether you use the six o'clock target hold or dead on the bullseye sighting methods as well.

This just gives you an idea what bullet weights the gun can shoot well with.
For me the 240gr. commercial rounds hit to point of aim or darn close to it.
The 180-200gr. rounds are what I use for defense though. While those drop a few inches I use Kentucky windage.

This explains things better than I can about that.
The only other possibility is to bend the barrel like they do for single action Cowboy Action shooters. Not a good idea. Or find a load that works, stick with that one load, and file the front sight down a bit at a time until things work out. The problem is that if too much meta is taken off the sight then you can't put it back.
I just learn to find and load that is close to point of aim as possible and use the above mentioned Kentucky windage system. I shoot at various distances out to 25-50 yards.
