Taurus PT145 and limp wrists

Yesterday, I took my mom to the shooting range so she could use some of my .45 in her PT145.


Well, we shot my kimber .22 for a good while before that, and I guess we got used to the tiny pop and kick of the miniscule round.


When the time came to let some .45 fly downrange, I guess my mom was ill prepared for the event, and her wrist was limp-er (?) than a noodle in a cardboard box in a thunderstorm!

However, that dang little gun just wouldn't jam!

She let a few more shots fly before adjusting her grip, and proceeded to poke out the 8 ring on the target.

I was genuinely surprised that the massively limp wrist didn'
t cause any kind of malfunction in the gun.

That, and .22 conversions on 1911s are AWESOME

Cool stuff.
