Taurus Pt145-Mags

I bought a new Taurus PT145 on 9/19/07 and right out of the box the mags would not feed. Called Taurus and they said yes they had a problem with the mags and to send them back and they would replace them. Yesterday 10/13/07 I called to check and they said they were on back order. This is a autoloader I have never fired. Go figure? I have had Taurus wheelguns (4) and loved them. But another autoloader?????:

I have the 24/7 pro .45 and I replaced my mag springs with Wolff springs for the Para-ordnance P12. I had to clip a coil to get all 12 rounds in. You may be able to use them to.

I decided to replace the springs instead of sending my mags for new ones. Since there is no guarantee that the new mags will be any better.

I purchased a PT45 last Christmas and had the same problem with one of the magazines. I sent it back to Taurus and got two in return. Occasionally, I still have feeding problems though.

I have the pt145...i have had absolutly no issues with it. Flawless through 500 rds so far.
