This gun has been verified to shoot 6"-12" at 21' and 75' low be myself and my father as well as my cousin and his gunsmith friend. Why we didnt have him put one on was slow handling and communication when you deal with a friend of a relative.
So I am having it done for my dad personally.
It looks like Millet no longer makes sights, But PSI does.

Also Midway carries them,But these reviews seem conflicting. I can only assume they are the same sight with just the dot and sight picture being altered, But the mechanics and size the same.

The main thing is to get a rear sight we can raise high enough to get the poa corrected. I already have a gunsmith who will install these for $30 also.

Ill take suggestions for other makers adjustable sights also.

Id prefer to send the slide to a Berretta/Taurus 92 gunsmith and have it done by someone who knows exactly whats needed and also can boresight it to make sure the needs are met. But i know NO gunsmiths online who can do this job.

Alot is riding on this as i am 39 and 4 years ago my younger brother died from complications from an infection and the gun was his, Its now my dads most prized possession imo. SO THIS MUST BE DONE RIGHT! My conscience depends on it.

Im not new here so i think i included all the needed info, But just ask if more is needed.

Guys im gonna most likely be ordering the PSI sights tomorrow and i can only hope they have enough adjustment to get the gun shooting at the poa.
So if you can add any help its most appreciated.

I also put it on my bore sight and at 20' its 2" low, But shooting it its even lower for some reason. I didn't have enough room in my house to bore sight it any further, But all test shots do show any issue with a low poa.

Thank you 1K, Im ordering the PSI 2 dot model.

And ill have a local smith install it for $30 so in the end $100 isnt a bad deal.

Reading the review on Midways site on that sight kind of worried me it wouldn't have enough adjustment, But looking at the gun itself i can imagine the sight not working.
Id say we only need 3 clicks up from the old sights height.

If you still can't get the impact high enough you might consider shaving down the front sight a bit. But then the dots might not line up exactly...

Thats exactly our last option as ive talked that over with my dad. Im 39 and hes 65 so i didn't want you thinking i was 14 or something. lol
The front sight has a horrible dot anyhow, so my plan after the adjustable rear sight is to dremel/file the front sight down and add a new white dot with a recess.

I think the gun has something hidden as to why the actual shots hit lower than even my bore sight shows. It will show 2" low at 20' but in reality hitting 3"-4" low.
But ive been told ammo bullet grains can have alot to do with it, and since he mainly shoots 115gr bullets and thats where we are having issues id rather take this route than try and hunt down 147gr ammo and hope that helps.
Personally ive never seen differant gr bullets have that much impact on the POA.

I feel its has to do with the rifling Taurus used as ive read almost all these 92fs guns have low points of impact.
