And that my friends is saying something!

Lol!!! Yes!! It gives one the impression of what my thoughts are about the Webley as well! It's a two-fer!! They look like they were designed by committee . . . just never thought there was anything appealing about them . . . (even the ammo 455 is awkward looking).

English, or European pistols in general seem to have been whacked by the ugly stick. I’m still in the market for one. A Dutch 9.4 (which is actually 10mm?) ugly as a mud fence but my great grandfather carried one in the Dutch Marines back in his day... I’ll bet he liked it just fine.

If I can find the right one it’ll get shot plenty ...

My bet is that it targets the buyer that wants to get around background checks and then install a conversion cylinder to shoot cartridges.

Most any Trantor... Brits make some of the worlds most beautiful rifles and shotguns but their handguns?

Kind of reminds me of the Enfield Mk.II .476 revolver! Now that was one ugly looking gun!

I like mine (RCMP issue) and even better since RIA said its worth $2500+. I think "ace" would look and function better if they added a short "web" below and to end of barrel like the 1875. See Paul harms pic above. Could redesign the pin latch so the whole web "sail" was part of pin.

You guys. I think the Webley looks....BITCHEN. As do the other "ugly" guns mentioned. Probably need to appreciate "steampunk" to love the Webley. I carry mine sometimes, in the wilderness, just to sit under a tree, take it out, and "admire" it.
