Is this place any good they have really good prices on parts.
Hell screws are only $2 Compared to $3 at VTI

Taylors has an excellent reputation.

They are an importer/distributor and sell both directly to retail customers and as a wholesaler to other retail outlets and mail order companies.

I've dealt with them and will again. I had a problem with the timing on the 62 Colt Police I bought from them. I sent it back and they had their onstaff gunsmith time it. I was even able to talk to their smith, great guy, he wanted to talk my arm off but it was on my dime so I had to politely cut him short.
They claim and the smith reinforced that they hand check each gun they import.

I bought my 1858 from them.
Their prices were good, service was excellent, and delivery was prompt. Also, they actually answered their phone when I called, and let me know that what I wanted was in stock ( Couldn't get any of the other places to do that. All I kept getting were answering machines. ) . Shipping was also cheaper for me that from the other places I checked.

I won't hesitate to buy from them again.
