I've got no problems with Ted or him charging. ARFcom charges for decent post and search priveledges. It's just there are so many forums and so little time. It's the quality of the Forum and many of the posters that I find subpar.

He can charge what he wants for whatever he wants but I don't have to pay it.
I didn't find his site interesting enough to go there often when it was free.
I think he's a little too full of himself but I think we need more outspoken, in your face people, public figures like him that aren't afraid to tell our anti gun, 2nd Amendment enemies where to get off.

While it is his right to charge anyone for his forums, I do not believe that it is just. I say this because the trend on the Internet is "everyone wants something for free"
You really have to have a product that the public wants in order to charge a monthly fee and it is hard to accomplish this on a forum (such as THR)
This type of forum software has the ability to add monthly subscriptions such as Ted Nugent's forum. I tried this on my own site for a month for people that wanted to view my bathing beauties, but no one subscribed and I re-opened it for public viewing

Ive always thought that a "Earnest fee" would be alot more palatable, Pay me $100, and if your not a troll, or a A$$hat for the first year, you get it back (minus the interest I made off the cash in the bank)

The last time I checked I was born, raised and woke up in America. If Ted wants to charge twenty bucks a month he's free to do it. Do you have get on-board with that? Not if you don't want to 'cause that's your freedom. Amazing how that works isn't it? I'm not giving him twenty dollars for anything personally but hey, that's my freedom of choice. See, it's working again. Simply amazing.

Ted does many good things for 2A. He is the best spoksperson we have at present, no ifs, ands or buts. I'll gladly contribute $20 to his cause and help keep his pro 2A message on natioanl TV and radio.
