Victim was shot with a 22 calibre pen gun. Pen mightier than sword? To add insult to injury, the suspect kicked the victim after the victim collasped. Not the most civil expression of one's animosity towards another.

Note that this incident occured in a 'wrong side of the tracks' type neighbourhood of Sydney, and also note that those involved were of south east asian extraction, and there has been alot of sh-- as it were, with south east asian immagrants here (ie narcotics, gangs, violent crime etc).

If you mean people like me, and the other million or so Australian gunowners, think again, twerp. I'm "armed" and fully intend to stay that way. The guy in question was shot with an illegal firearm. And yes, they were all Asian -- and it is among this particular ethnic group that there is an illegal gun culture. They shoot first and ask questions later. They do it with guns, though, not their mouths, like some others ...
