Tell me how you carry rifle magazines and why?

for work, i use a high speed gear plate carrier, and for personal use ie training/ active shooter etc. i use a blackwater comberbun plate carrier, with mag pouches for ar, and pistol mags etc.

My AR is mostly used as my house gun as opposed to any sort of competition, and so I bought one of these:

It seems to work, and I can't imagine many scenarios where 50 rounds on board wouldn't be enough...

I use a Maxpedition dump pouch on a Bianchi 7210 duty belt. As the description says, it's sized perfectly to hold 7 thirty rnd mags.
