Been going to the range for a long time but have never seen these before. Have a 9mm stamp on them.

I'm no expert by any means but maybe they are home made blanks for practice? Kind like the ones you can make with foam ear plugs and no powder?

Should have mentioned that whatever these are, the primer indicates they have been fired.

Hmm interesting. Have you tried taking them apart and seeing what's inside? What is that white "bullet" part made of?

I think you're right about the Simunition. The white nylon plastic piece is tightly crimped in by the brass and you can see where the "bullet" was inserted into the plastic. Before firing, the expanded piece of the collar rests on the rim of the brass as in the picture on the Simunition site

Dang you guys spoiled my fun. I was going to tell him that it was special ammunition that the Democrats had developed for use exclusively in Glock pistols for issue to LE personnel to use in the bigger cities to help save the children from being hurt by the local LEO.

They do make realistic noise and cycle the action of a pistol.
