Tennessee bullet I.D.

    Read in the Knoxville news that a motion is in the House to require each bullet sold in the state of Tennessee to have a unique identification placed onto the bullet. The tracking of this data would be paid for by a onehalf a cent tax on each bullet. Can anyone confirm this report?
