terrorist with no hands/wrists thread

there was a thread about 2 months ago or so, it had a picture of a terrorists/insurgent, maybe from Lebanon, who had his hands and wrists blown off but was able to still carry a military machine gun on him. Anyone know where that thread is? I tried searching for it, came up empty-handed.

Yeah, he had a modified AK and used metal band-like hooks on his wrists to pull the trigger and operate the mag catch. The thread was about the modified AK (or about determination).

As well as other folks who were in car accidents, farming accidents, etc. I know a guy who lost both arms in a tractor accident.

Into which country had the Lebanese man "insurged?" And was he a terrorist who actually killed innocent civilians (not military personnel) to further his political ends, or was he attacking armed combatants?

I'm still wondering why Iraqis shooting at American soldiers are called the "insurgents."

Ah, that's right: it's to make it sound like there's a flood of bearded barbarians coming over the borders to blow up innocent civilians in Iraq.
