IMO reducing your loads should give a good example of what they will do @ 100 yds.
The question I have is where you will find a indoor range that will allow the mess of testing. Paper needs to be soaked overnight in loosly wrapped bundles. They should be tied with enough room for the paper to expand to about 2Xs its dry state. You will be carrying dripping paper, likely 3 or 4 bundles per every 4-5 rds you want to test to keep the medium consistant. There is also the mess of shredded paper to clean up when checking the results, and transporting the paper.
I`d use water fill plastic jugs and do it outside. You can possibly fill the jugs at the test site and will only have the empty plastic to dispose of after. The results should show how one bullet reacts in comparison to the next as well in water as it will in wet paper. Neither will give the same result as flesh but as far as I know nothing does, even ballistic gel.
