Just wrapped up shooting the TSRA calendar for 2008. I tried to work with guns we hadn't shot before and for the first year, there isn't an AR photo. A local SASS shooter let me come over and shoot at his house, my brother contributed and I caught a couple of people at the range. I included proofs in the ORDER I think they ought to run in. I hope they will just take my recomendations and print it. We'll see. Nice photos in a couple of places.
I do the majority of the photos every year to save us (the TSRA) stock photo money and to raise the level of the images. The calendar has cleaned up quite a bit since I started. If I could keep the directors from submitting lame photos we would be solid for the 12 months.
All digital. I used my lights more than most years. Used a silver card reflector on the location shots when I was in the field.
