This week marks the end of SHOOTING GALLERY's 3rd season and the end of the premiere season for COWBOYS.

I wanted to take a moment to thank all of you who tune in every week, who've sent us the hundreds of emails we've received and who've helped us out every step of the way.

VIEWERS make television possible!

Thank you all.

We've got some amazing stuff in the works for both shows, so (as they say) stay tuned.

Again, my personal thanks!

Michael Bane

The rockinest show on the tube, baby! :) Love my Shooting Gallery!

As much as it pains me to say it, keep up the female oriented stuff! My fiancee is getting into IDPA and is always a lot more attentive when there is a female featured on the show (a real female, not a "Shottie" :p. I like the military commando stuff as much as the next guy, but it really helps me out when Mickleuk's wife or that female Glock shooter are featured and she can see that women can make it in the shooting world.

Just don't do a show about gold and silver plated guns, or those cav arms neon color AR-15s, I know she will want one!

Oh yeah, it is pretty easy to add "The Outdoor Channel" a la cart from Dish network ($2/month). If you have DirectTV or cable, you may be able to do the same.

michael, i really liked the sig academy episode. come on over to sigforum.com sometime(if you have'nt allready) and say hi. we'd love to have you. keep up the great work with both shows. i never miss a show.

I watch both shows too. Good stuff. :D :D :D

Regarding women-oriented stuff, there's lots of women at the SASS/CAS shoots covered on COWBOYS. It's just not considered tactical. However, I noticed the episode of Shooting Gallery where Mr. Bane toured SHOT Show. I call attention to the scene with Gene Pearcey and his granddaughter Brandi (aka Evil Roy and Holy Terror) looking at the SIGS, I think it was, mentioning one as her defensive piece soon as she's legally old enough to pack iron. FWIW, I would suggest that Brandi is one who, even armed with the supposedly "outdated/obsolete" single actions, is better left alone by those of ill intent. I've seen them in action in person too. :D

Thanks, Jason. I'll look into it. :)

Thanks Michael

You guys are doing a great job. It is wonderful to see someone with the guts to show the entire spectrum of our shooting sports on Shooting Gallery. Lots of very interesting events (like the helicopter shooting and the moving sniper competition). I have never even heard of some of the things you show, and I read a lot. They are great to watch. Keep up the good work, because most shooters like seeing the different events to see what may interest them. You and your guys are a breath of fresh air. Exposure will only generate interest, and that is what shooting needs. Getting a real sport to participate in (as opposed to informal paper punching) is what will turn casual shooters into passionate shooters, and non shooters into shooters. Witness the growth of Cowboy Action Shooting, where many of the shooters are new shooters.

Thanks Michael

Thanks for the work you do for the cause. I an subscribed to your RSS feed, and I enjoy it very much. I am also a big fan of shooting gallery even though I only caught the first season due to moving overseas. Are there any plans for a DVD set? :)
