Really cool gun shop. I ran across a mention of this shop in the blackpowder forum where I spend most of my time a couple of weeks ago and, since I was in the area today I stopped by this morming.
The guy who wrote about the shop for BP did not do the shop justice. Not his fault, though, since his area of interest seems to be cap and ball revolvers. He failed to mention that the owner has a Class 3 license and will arrange to rent his stock of machine guns to interested parties.He showed me a pair of skid mounted MG's - I think they are water cooled .30 BMG's - anyway, before my time - he said were capable of 650 RPM EACH, 1300 together. You arrange for him to meet you at the range and you get to fire the things to your heart's content, or the extent of your bank account, whichever comes first.
The shop is located at 1107 Florida Avenue SW,( US Hwy 190 ) Denham Springs, LA 70726, which is just a little west of where LA 3002 runs into US 190. Locals will know LA 3002 as the exit from I12 where Bass Pro Shop is located.

If you are in the neighborhood, the shop is worth a stop.
