We need to get the word out to all the other pro-freedom/pro-gun boards about the fight, going on right now, over S659/S1805r, and the attempt to attach a renewal of the AWB to the bill.
I've already posted e-mail alerts on AWSUNSET.COM and AK-47.NET.
We need ten of thousands of phone calls to our senators between now and Tuesday. Any forum or board that you belong to, please send the following message (or something similiar):

All the b.s. we've had to put up with via the AWB, NOW is the time to finally do something about it. Between now and next Tuesday (the big final vote in the Senate), we need to send in ten of thousands of e-mails, calls, etc. Order of effectiveness:
1) Letter (only if you live close and mail them today)
2) Phone call (call the nation number: 202-224-3121 and ask for your senators by name or call their in-state offices. Tell them to support the bill, S659/S1805, the Gunmakers Liability Act only if "clean" or without anti-gun amendments attached).
3) E-mails (least effective, but much, much better than doing nothing)
And PRAY.
It is time for all of us to put up or shut up. Call EVERYDAY. They are debating amendments until Tuesday, many of which are totally anti-gun and need to be shot down.
Also, if you really want to help, call your reps. also. If the bill passes with the AWB renewal amendment, it still has to make it through the House. Strengthen your reps. against it now by also calling them.
DO IT! NO EXCUSES.
If you don't, you'll be explaining to your grandkids why you did nothing when bad people stole your freedoms and liberties.
